NC-U100-
One step production (NC-U100), with continuous electric melting method of melting high purity quartz sand, quartz glass tube. The continuous melting process can produce a glass tube with a diameter of 2 30mm and a wall thickness of 1 - 2mm.

The two step, made of quartz mound with fused melting very high purity quartz sand, quartz mound two melting tube, pipe diameter can reach 8-120mm, the wall thickness according to the diameter size adjustment.

The rotation method, using rotating process, can the quartz pipe production special wall thickness (U400&U410), the maximum diameter of up to 1200mm, can be used as the roasting pipe and insulating material.
